I started painting in my twenties when my children were young. Over the years I have painted many landscapes and animal portraits. Some which are hanging in various hotels and private houses around Australia. Although very fulfilling I was always searching for more. I studied various religions and spiritual development classes. I have always been intuitive including the ability to diagnose health problems and advise natural therapies and remedies that could help. It was many years later that I learnt to thank my Ethiopian Guide for his knowledge on the subject that was the source.

My husband Lionel made his connections as a medium in the early nineties when his mother passed. She spoke to him that night and introduced him to his guides.  At first such a strong connection was unnerving so we went to a spiritual development group to understand the principles. Thank you Dorrie for your continued love and guidance. It was through Lionel that I was introduced to my Pleiadian Guide (a tall blue long haired lady) as he was always bumping into her around the house.

Further studies lead me to Tarot Readings, and I have been practicing for over 10 years. During this time I began spirit guide drawings a wonderful avenue for an artist to bring forth your connection to your own spirit guides and past life experiences.

My name is Shirleyrose and I would like to share the skills I have learned over the past 20 years to help you to heal yourself from within. We all have issues or situations of difficulty, either on the emotional, mental, spiritual or physical plane which usually stem from our early childhood.

My personal interests are gardening, sewing and writing and, with my three daughters, exhibit watercolors as a group "Birds for the Bush". I am a registered teacher of Aura-Soma color care system, teaching levels 1 and 2 as well as A Taste of Aura-Soma as an introduction to the system. Attunements to levels 1,2, master and have a Level 1 certificate in Chiron Healing.

Peta-Simone Taylor (BA (Hons) ACU, Dip. Hort. BUC, Dip. Rem. Massage VUT) is a Remedial Massage Therapist (AAMT menber) who gained her Diploma of Remedial Massage at Victoria University. Peta practices Remedial, Therapeutic, Sports and Relaxation massage.

Her introduction to massage and alternative therapies began at an early age with the experiential learning of her parents. Her father who, before he was married, was a contemplative monk in an order where monks from Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) also attended. These monks blended the Hindu and Christian traditions of relaxation for geriatric nursing at St. Vincent's Hospital, Towoomba OLD, in the 1960s (this included massage, meditiation, trigger points, acupressure and manipulative body therapies). He later learned techniques of muskuloskeletal and biomechanical observation from a family friend who was a Chiropractic student. Peta's introduction to alternative therapies came via her mother who suffered migraines, arthritis and later MS, and treated these ailments with meditation, massage, acupuncture and herbal remedies.

Having lived and been raised in Bacchus Marsh all her life she is proud to work in and support the community that has also helped shape her and she has worked with the other Practitioners at the Seahorse for 12 months.

Hi, my name is Susan Rissinich and I've been practising Kinesiology at the Seahorse Well Being Centre since it first opened. I have two wonderful children who were the driving force behind m passion for Kinesiology.

Way back in 1998, my son developed severe eczema which allopathic medicine could not heal and would only recommend steroid creams. As these creams usually have side effects, I began looking into alternative medicine for answers. Finally i came across Kinesiology, which was a mind-blowing experience because it is so different from other modalities, and my son did not have to suffer any longer.

I was so impressed with Kinesiology that i started studying it three months after the first balance. I am extremely passionate about Kinesiology because I have seen it help so many conditions. It has no boundaries and only narrow-mindedness can limit this modality.

The Seahorse Cottage Well Being Centre which was located in the Historical Taylors Cottage, in Graham Street Bacchus Marsh and was the inspiration of Mary Clancy, A well known and respected resident of Bacchus Marsh.

As a qualified masseuse she was passionate about providing a range of alternative therapies to help people improve their experience of life's journey. Mary was supported by several practitioners who were already involved in alternative therapies and over the last five years the community has benefited by using this locally available facility.

Numerology is a science. It is used as a means to learn to understand the self and why we act and re-act in the manner we do. It helps us to understand our emotions, our talents and our gifts.
